1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EURECAS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

2 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the EURECAS website and all its services. "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the platform, including students, instructors and administrators. "Content" refers to all materials available on the platform, including videos, texts, exercises, assessments and certificates. "Course" refers to any educational program offered through the platform.

3 Registration and Account

To use the platform, you must create an account by providing true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out on your account. It is prohibited to share, sell or transfer your account to third parties. If you identify unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

4 Courses and Content

The courses available on the platform are created by independent instructors and reviewed by the EURECAS team. We do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Access to courses is granted upon enrollment (free or paid) and is personal and non-transferable. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, reproduce, record or share any content from the platform without prior written authorization.

5 Payments and Refunds

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Course prices are set by instructors and displayed in Brazilian Reais (R$). After purchase, you are entitled to request a refund within 7 calendar days, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course. Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

6 Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including texts, videos, images, logos, design and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Use of the platform does not grant the user any ownership rights over the content. It is strictly prohibited to: download, copy or record videos and lessons; redistribute content in any format; use materials for commercial purposes without authorization; modify, decompile or reverse engineer the platform software.

7 User Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to: not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes; not attempt to access other users' accounts; not publish offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights; not use automated tools to access or extract data from the platform; not share access credentials with third parties; not use software to circumvent content protections on the platform. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent deletion of the account.

8 Certificates

Certificates issued by EURECAS are digital documents that prove course completion. Certificates are automatically generated upon reaching 100% progress in the course. Each certificate has a unique verification code that can be validated in our system. EURECAS certificates are continuing education documents and do not replace degrees issued by higher education institutions.

9 Limitation of Liability

EURECAS provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We are not responsible for: professional decisions made based on course content; data loss resulting from technical failures; content published by instructors that violates third-party rights; temporary unavailability of the platform for maintenance. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

10 Changes to Terms

EURECAS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification on the platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend periodic review of this page.
